Gloucester Beach Parking Guide 2025

Plan ahead for your Gloucester beach day with our 2025 parking guide — includes Blinkay app info, rates, and tips for Good Harbor & Wingaersheek.

📅 Reservation Requirements

• Non-Residents: Must reserve parking in advance via the Blinkay app or website from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Reservations open 10 days ahead and are non-refundable.  You can also see how many parking slots available here. 
• Residents: Need a valid 2025 resident beach sticker, available online or at Gloucester City Hall.

💳 Payment & Entry

• Cashless System: All payments are online. No cash accepted at the gate.
• License Plate Recognition: Entry is tracked via license plate readers. Make sure your plate info is accurate when reserving.

🕗 Operating Hours

• Parking Lots: Open daily from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Lifeguards: On duty from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weather permitting)
• Restrooms & Showers: Available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

💰 Parking Rates

Good Harbor Beach

• Weekdays (8 AM – 3 PM): $40
• Weekends/Holidays (8 AM – 3 PM): $45
• Afternoon Rate (3 PM – 5 PM): $20 weekdays, $25 weekends

Wingaersheek Beach

• Weekdays (8 AM – 3 PM): $40
• Weekends/Holidays (8 AM – 3 PM): $45
• Afternoon Rate (3 PM – 5 PM): $20 weekdays, $25 weekends

🚌 Bus & Group Access

• Good Harbor: Buses not permitted
• Wingaersheek: Buses allowed on weekdays only ($50–$60 per bus)

♿ Accessibility

• Wingaersheek Beach: Includes 16 accessible spots and a beach wheelchair available via booth or lifeguard staff.

🏖️ Beach Amenities

• Concessions: Open daily 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (peak season)
• Restrooms & Showers: Available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Carry-In, Carry-Out: Visitors must take their trash with them.
