Red Dragon Martial Arts offers children the chance to develop their ability to focus, develop self-confidence and self-esteem, as well as improve their level of physical fitness and coordination. Our goal is for children to have fun while they are learning valuable martial arts curriculum. We understand that children need a safe environment to learn best and our program helps students develop respect for themselves and others on both a physical and psychological level through their study of Martial Arts.
The Teen Kickboxing program offers young people the chance to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, confidence, physical fitness and coordination.
At this level, we focus on helping students develop not only their techniques, but also their character and work ethic. Through training, students will learn respect for others and for themselves, hard work and discipline.
They will also learn how to work as a team with other students as well as how to set goals and achieve them. SanDa (Chinese Kickboxing) at the teen level is geared toward knowledge, technique, defensive and offensive skills. The first level begins with basic punching, kicking, break-fall, and takedown techniques. Testing is required for advancement to assure that proper training skills are learned with consistent attendance.
Little Dragons: focuses on exercise, stretching, balance, coordination, and fun! Bean bags, gymnastics wedges, parachute games, obstacle courses, & balance beams!
Red Dragons: Learn focus, self-discipline, and control. Practice Kung-Fu, traditional forms, break falls and rolling mixed with Sanda punching and kicking in the air or on kids kick bags with our experienced kids class instructors Danny and Henry.
High School Teens Kickboxing: SanDa (Chinese Kickboxing) at the high school level is geared toward knowledge, technique, defensive and offensive skills. The first level begins with basic punching, kicking, break-fall, and takedown techniques. The Teen Program offers young people the chance to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, confidence, physical fitness and coordination.
