On June 2 from 9AM-2PM, residents will all hold yard sales across the city.
$25 registers you for a spot on the map.
You keep your profits!
No yard, no problem...reserve a space at the Condon Shell.
The proceeds of the registration fees will benefit the Friends of Fellsmere Heights in their efforts to help Medford and Malden purchase the old Malden Hospital and turn it into parkland with a small development.
They will also help pay the legal fees for the abutters of 61 Locust St in their fight against a grossly oversixed development at that property.
