Begin with the gentle act of walking outdoors and enjoying the winter landscape, ending the hike with meditative silence.

Next, move indoors for a session of gentle yoga appropriate for all levels.

Learn strategies for coping with winter’s unique challenges and wrap up by practicing deep relaxation.

This workshop is led by Darlene Ann Bradlee, B.F.A., PMA®-CPT, E-RYT.
