Be sure to stop in at Ana’s Empanadas at the base of the Needle’s Eye lift - they offer a tasty selection of grab and go food. Grab one or a few for a midday energy boost, they are very good! You'll also find waffle cabins - a favorite place to get a sweet carb intake.

Killington is known for its diversity of terrain, providing skiers and riders of all ability levels a choice of wide-open groomed cruisers, narrow classic New England runs, moguls, steeps and trees. Killington offers multiple terrain features for snowboarders and freeskiers, including five terrain parks and a 500-foot long Superpipe.

The Killington Region has many other activities including cross-country skiing, rock climbing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, spas, shopping, fine dining and nightlife.

Killington's 17-vehicle Grooming Fleet grooms 50-80% of open terrain on a nightly basis. They also have numerous trails that are left untouched for the mogul enthusiasts, including Outer Limits - the steepest, longest mogul slope in the East!

Killington is, in a word, huge. It's a great place to explore and it's fun navigating your way across the entire network of slopes. Ramshead and Snowshed offer smaller areas for families and beginners.

There are more than 40 ski areas within driving distance of the Greater Boston area. Find out more great places to ski near Boston in our guide to New England skiing.
